Their previous e-commerce platform and product packaging were outdated and no longer aligned with the brand’s goals. The website’s navigation was clunky, and the checkout process was long and frustrating, leading to increased cart abandonment. Customers also found it difficult to shop on mobile devices, which hampered engagement and conversions.
